AR.CO. Lavori Soc. Coop. Consortile recognizes that sustainable development is not merely an ethical or reputational goal, but a strategic driver capable of generating shared value, resilience, and competitive advantage.
Our strategy is grounded in a cooperative vision that integrates the economic growth of our members with a focus on the environment, on people’s well-being and community responsibility.
We have launched a progressive alignment process with key ESG regulatory and technical standards, specifically:
• TheSustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Sviluppo Sostenibile (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda,
• International reporting standards (GRI and, progressively, ESRS),
• Sector-specific regulatory requirements (procurement, safety, traceability, mutual cooperation),
• The growing expectations of contracting authorities and the financial system regarding non-financial performance.
This strategy translates into the integration of sustainability:
• Across operational processes, with increasing focus on selecting executing contractors and quality;
• Within supply chain relationships, fostering collaboration and member training while promoting best practices;
• In economic and financial planning, , giving value to initiatives that generate measurable positive impacts.

Priorità ambientali e d’impatto
1. Rafforzamento dei Presidi Ambientali: Manteniamo e rafforziamo le certificazioni riconosciute a livello europeo e internazionale, tra cui la ISO 14001, EMAS e ISO 50001.
2. Efficienza e Monitoraggio: Implementiamo pratiche di monitoraggio delle emissioni, gestione dei rifiuti e risparmio energetico.
3. Partecipazione Strategica: Ci impegniamo nella partecipazione a progetti infrastrutturali ad alto impatto sociale e ambientale.
4. Focus sulla Rilevanza: Le nostre priorità d’azione si concentrano sui temi a più alto impatto, tra cui la creazione di valore per tutti gli stakeholder, lo sviluppo del territorio, e la riduzione degli impatti ambientali.
